Poster Prototype

Poster Prototype

  • Just to get a feel of what the poster would look like in terms of typography wise, I decided to do a poster prototype with the photos I took for the test shots.
  • I used the one with the hand, as it was already edited, so it would just be laying the text on top.

  • The first thing I did was to load the title up, so that I could insert it in, however I found that the title was not big enough in resolution so I changed the image size to 2500 pixels.
  • Also when loading it onto the photo, it would have the black background so I put it onto a new layer on photoshop, and then used the layer property "exclusion".

  • To get the bottom credits at the bottom of the poster, I downloaded a font template, so that we could easily edit it in without individually having to change the size of the font for each name etc.
  • I downloaded this template from the internet, and then I installed it as a font to use.
  • I then put it on the bottom, filling in the names of the titles

  • We have not decided on the tag line yet, but on the final product we will add it on, on the top of the poster.
  • Here is the finished poster prototype.
