A wooly hat will come in useful as it will explain to the audience that the weather it nearly wintery therefore it is very cold outside - short hours of daylight and long hours of darkness.
A wooly jumper will be worn under a coat in order to keep the characters warm in the harsh weather. The neutral colours will cause the characters to blend in with the background - creams and neutral browns.
Jeans will be worn as they are the warmest possible bottoms available for our characters to wear. They are very casual and stereotypical of teenagers/students. They will add a sense of realism to the piece.
A parka will be worn due to the fact it will prepare the characters for any type of weather - cold temperatures, windy weathers and rainy spells. This shows the audience that they have come prepared for the day that they face ahead.
Walking boots will be worn by the characters as they are expecting to go hiking as they are filming a documentary. They will also protect their feet against rainy weather and muddy grounds.
In conclusion - the outfit chosen for our victims are very casual yet very stereotypical of students now-a-days. In addition to this, it will also keep our actors warm against the cold weather that we may face while filming. The neutral colours will allow us to blend into the background when doing special effects e.g. dragging our victim away. This choice of clothing will be beneficial to our actors both weather and appearance wise.
