Production Companies

I decided to research production companies in order to make our trailer appear more lifelike and realistic. I researched horror trailers and what production companies they included and here are my results:

• The Cabin in the Woods - Lionsgate

• Sinister - Summit Entertainment (Lionsgate)

• The Possession - Ghost House Pictures

• The Evil Dead - Tristar, Film District, Ghost House Pictures

Based on the information I have discovered, we have decided to used Ghost House Pictures as our Production company due to the fact it fits well with the trailer and genre we have chosen to go with.

In addition to this, we also noticed that all of these trailers include a green screen at the beginning, explaining to the audience that the film they are about to watch is restricted due to it's age limits. Here is the screen that we plan to include within our own trailer:
